Born from the personal journey of Start From Zero (SFZ) founder Dom, who adopted his own dog Rocket during the holiday season, this event series aims to turn empathy into action. Recognizing that many adoption agencies struggle to find adequate public spaces, Dom has opened the doors of his AIRSIDE flagship store to host these monthly adoption days.

• Pet Adoption Day: Meet your potential new family members with the support of 愛狗同盟 (Dog Rehoming Alliance) and 毛寶守護計劃 (Stray Guardians Project).
• UnTechnic Workshop: Engage in a hands-on woodworking experience guided by the professionals at SFZ's UnTechnic Department.
• Artisan Coffee Market: Savour specialty brews from curated local roasters, including Lamb Of Cof, M3 Coffee & Zakka, Moonway Coffee Roaster, and One+1 Coffee Roastery.
• Handmade Personalization: Exclusive "Sign Paint" sessions for custom-made pet tags.
