Overview
"Lost in Paradise" is a unique performance blending immersive experiences with contemporary dance. Set against the stunning waterfront backdrop of the Hong Kong Maritime Museum, this three-day journey invites audiences into a realm where movement, music, lighting, and raw emotion intertwine. The performance aims to transcend traditional viewing, treating the human body as silent poetry and guiding spectators through an internal landscape that feels both familiar and strange—a journey where no clear exits exist, yet every step brings one closer to self-discovery.
About the Performing Group
This production is presented by the performing arts group "Walker," founded in early 2025 by artistic director Wong Yiu-kuen. Dedicated to contemporary dance, the group operates under the philosophy of using art to interrogate performance and using performance to connect souls and touch lives. Since their successful debut with "Sitting and Forgetting in the Nameless Sea," they have been committed to promoting dance, performance art, and community engagement.
