Program Overview
Experience the grandeur of the Tang Dynasty! "Acrobatic Spectacle of Ancient Tang" transports audiences through time to the prosperous era of Chang'an. The drama focuses on Princess Wanchun, the beloved daughter of Emperor Xuanzong, who is deeply passionate about music, dance, and the intricate "Bai Xi" performing arts. After learning from the renowned artist Xie A'man, she dedicates herself to revitalizing these traditional forms—which blend ritual music, folk songs, and Western Region dance—and joins forces with diplomat Yang Fei to establish the "Tong Yi Ban" to preserve the legacy of Chinese acrobatic arts.
This production is more than just a play; it is a breathtaking visual feast. Audience members will be immersed in the atmosphere of an Imperial birthday banquet, witnessing marvelous performances brought by envoys from across the region.
