Program
The platform features two distinct modern dance works at the Hong Kong Cultural Centre Studio Theatre:
- "Tong Long": Choreographed by Xu Yiming and performed by Wu Dance Troupe (Guiyang). The piece centers on the theme of "youth," depicting the journey from darkness to light, mirroring the transition from confusion to emotional and physical maturity.
- "Illusion": Choreographed by Liu Xiangyu, Qi Pingping, and Dong Kang, and performed by the Deep Sea Modern Dance Troupe (Ningbo). Using imagery of rivers and mountains, the work explores how love and courage serve as hymns for life, inviting the audience to reflect on self-discovery.
