Drip Music's "Jazz Crossover Workshop: Music Zen" invites you to release daily stresses through music and discover tranquility amidst the city bustle. This is a journey of mind-body exploration accessible to everyone, regardless of your musical background.

Program

This workshop is led by local crossover musician Hakgwai (Liu Junhao), who is renowned for blending traditional Chinese instruments with diverse indigenous sounds from around the world to create unique "world music." In this session, Hakgwai will use various instruments as a medium to guide participants in focusing on the present moment and exploring their inner selves through sound.

Following the workshop, Hakgwai will perform a "Mini Concert" in the civic centre lobby, offering an immersive, zen-filled musical experience inspired by nature.

Venue & Access

The event takes place at the Sai Wan Ho Civic Centre. The centre is easily accessible via the MTR Sai Wan Ho Station, with sessions held in the Cultural Activities Hall and the lobby.
