The "Comix 'Ink' Fight" project officially enters its second round! This open call, specifically designed for comic and illustration creators, aims to provide an excellent platform for both emerging and established Hong Kong artists to showcase their talents in visual narrative.

Program

Following the enthusiastic response to the first round, the Hong Kong Arts Centre (Comix Base) is once again issuing an open invitation. This project goes beyond a simple exhibition; it encourages artists to delve deep into their creative process and narrative techniques through solo exhibitions. Selected artists will have the opportunity to exhibit their work on the 2/F of Comix Base and engage in a series of public interactive sessions, including artist talks, workshops, and live painting, bridging the gap between creators and the public.

Application and Participation

The project welcomes submissions from manga artists, illustrators, and visual narrative artists. It serves as a space for cross-disciplinary exchange and creative collision, aiming to promote the development of local comic and animation art.

Venue & Access

The event will be held at 2/F, Comix Base, Hong Kong Arts Centre, located at 2 Harbour Road, Wan Chai, Hong Kong. Access is convenient, and all are welcome to attend and show support.
