Embark on a captivating journey back in time with your little ones. As part of the Chinese Culture Festival 2026, this parent-child story theatre event blends dramatic performance with interactive storytelling to bring the illustrious history of the Sui and Tang dynasties to life for the whole family.

Program

Through engaging theatrical performances, children will discover the fascinating stories of key historical figures from the Sui and Tang eras. The event is carefully designed to make history accessible and engaging for young minds, deepening their understanding of Chinese history and traditional culture. Following the main performance, families are invited to participate in interactive, hands-on craft workshops. These creative sessions are designed to encourage parents and children to collaborate, fostering precious family bonding time while exploring cultural heritage.

Participants are also encouraged to browse and read thematic books on Chinese culture available at the library during their visit.
