Highlights
'The Remainder of Gravity' is a profound dissection of the folds of human nature. Choreographer Kwok Ka-wing uses 'gravity' as a core metaphor to explore how life can find the remaining remnants of redemption amidst the layering of desires and the pull of sin. This is not merely a dance performance, but an experiment in the dialogue between the body and physical space.
Program
When sin manifests as physical tension and falling, how do we cope in the mire of existential stagnation? Through precise physical language and unique stage visual design, this performance transforms the weight of life into visual symbols. Over the course of 50 minutes, the audience is led into an aesthetic modern dance experience that strikes the soul. Co-presented by the Fringe Club and Shinkayo, the production promises an intense emotional journey.
