"Tea House Theatre Experience" is a signature program at the Xiqu Centre, West Kowloon Cultural District, designed to offer an accessible and refined Cantonese opera experience. Curated and directed by renowned Cantonese opera master Law Kar-ying, the Tea House Rising Stars Troupe performs a 90-minute program featuring excerpts, arias, and traditional music. With insightful commentary throughout, the program is presented in a venue modeled after traditional tea houses, allowing guests to enjoy tea and dim sum while immersing themselves in the art form.
