SPCA x HKJC Summeow Festival 2026

This summer, the Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals (SPCA) and the Hong Kong Jockey Club (HKJC) are co-hosting the "Summeow Festival 2026," creating a weekend filled with love and joy for cat enthusiasts and their beloved pets. This is a must-attend summer event—whether you are a dedicated cat lover or a family looking to adopt, there is something for everyone.

Program

The event features a pet-friendly market, photo spots, treasure hunts, and more. This year, new workshops have been added to allow participants to engage with their pets and learn new skills:

• Mobile Pet Photography: Master the art of capturing your cat’s cutest moments.
• Cat Bed Weaving Workshop: Handcraft a cozy nook for your furry friend.
• Pet Accessory Workshop: DIY unique accessories for your pets.
• Pet/Family Photography: Capture precious memories with your pets.
• Pet Massage: Learn techniques to help your pets relax.

Beyond the workshops, attendees are encouraged to visit the adoption center to meet animals waiting for their forever homes and experience the joy of adoption.

Venue & Access

The event will take place at the "SPCA Tsing Yi Centre." Conveniently located, the centre welcomes everyone to join with their pets. We recommend planning your route using public transportation or checking parking facilities in Tsing Yi before your visit.
