Highlights
'Not Afraid of the Big Bad Wolf' is an artistic musical enlightenment experience tailored for children and teenagers. Two French musicians will bring classic animations to life through live musical accompaniment and improvisation, inviting the audience into a world of visual and auditory delight. This show is more than just a screening; it is an immersive journey of musical interaction designed to help children overcome fear. By reinterpreting the classic 'Big Bad Wolf' villain, the performance encourages children to view the world with a more open, humorous, and empathetic perspective.
Program
The performance features five exceptional animated short films from Russia, the USA, the UK, and France, produced between 1943 and 2014, including 'Polka's Pig', 'The House of the Lamb', 'Moon and Wolf', 'The Little Wolf', and 'Baby Lamb'. With the musicians' masterful performance, these classic visuals gain a fresh perspective, transforming the traditionally scary wolf into a comedic and endearing character.
