【Artistic Factory Tour】JCCAC Guided Tour × Art Experience Workshop (August to September 2026)

The Jockey Club Creative Arts Centre (JCCAC) presents its monthly "Artistic Factory Tour," inviting visitors to explore the vibrant creative atmosphere of this revitalized industrial arts hub. The program features two main components:

• "Factory Tour": Guided tours of various arts spaces and behind-the-scenes visits to resident artist studios, providing a deeper understanding of this local creative landmark.
• "Art Experience": Monthly themed hands-on workshops where resident artists share their professional expertise and guide participants through a creative project.

Program Details

The program features two distinct workshops for August and September 2026:

1. August Session: Texture Metal Hair Tie/Bracelet Workshop

Artist Hui Tin-wan leads this unique session, demonstrating the use of a rolling mill to imprint the intricate textures of lace or botanical elements onto copper. Participants will create custom-made metal jewelry.

2. September Session: Magic Mirror Case Ornament Workshop

Artist Zheng Yeye guides participants through a healing art experience, using acrylics to decorate "Heart-Heart Mirror Cases." This workshop transforms everyday happiness into a personalized, functional piece of art.

Participation Details

• Age Requirement: Suitable for ages 12 and above. Minors must be accompanied by a parent. Accompanying parents join for free but do not receive separate materials.
• Language: Conducted in Cantonese.
