The Hong Kong Vocalist Association proudly presents a production of the classic musical 'The Wizard of Oz'. This enchanting show takes audiences across the rainbow into the magical Land of Oz. Based on L. Frank Baum's timeless literary masterpiece and featuring beloved songs from the 1939 MGM film, this musical guarantees a memorable experience for the whole family.

Program

The story follows Dorothy and her loyal dog, Toto, who are swept away by a tornado to the magical realm of Oz. Determined to find her way home, she embarks on an adventure down the Yellow Brick Road. Along the way, she encounters a Scarecrow seeking wisdom, a Tin Man longing for a heart, and a Lion searching for courage. Together, the group faces challenges and grows, discovering that the wisdom, love, and bravery they seek have been within them all along. The performance lasts approximately 75 minutes and will be presented in English.
