Highlights

Hosted by Laugh Forest Temple, the 2nd "Smile Forest" Stand-up Comedy Beginner Class is designed to help participants start from scratch and build their own comedic style. Over four sessions, students will master the techniques of writing and refining a 5-minute "Tight 5" stand-up routine. The course covers creative methodology, stage presence, improvisation, and enhancing one's sense of humor.

Program

This is more than just a workshop; it is a launchpad to the stage. Upon completion, participants will join a graduation showcase to test their skills. Furthermore, students will have the chance to engage in Open Mic sessions, honing their craft in front of real audiences. Top performers may be recommended for comedy competitions, commercial gigs, or even join the "Laugh Forest Volunteer Team" for community outreach performances. This program bridges learning with practical application, fostering a lasting creative community.
