Drum Zen Experience Class

Program Overview

Meditation goes beyond mere sitting; the 'Drum Zen' experience class uses the rhythm of drumming to guide participants into a state of deep mindfulness. Through every beat of the drum, you will learn to observe your body, mind, and intentions, practicing 'stillness in motion' and experiencing the unity of art and spirit.

About the Instructor

This workshop is led by Professor Li Tsz-kin, who will guide participants through drum music to explore inner peace.

Important Guidelines

To ensure a meaningful meditative experience, please note the following:

• Dress Code: Please wear comfortable, plain-colored clothing made of cotton or linen. Avoid tight jeans, shorts, skirts, or sleeveless/low-cut tops. Bringing a spare set of clothes and a towel is recommended.
• Venue Etiquette: Shoes must be removed upon entry. The activity is performed barefoot (or with non-slip plain-colored socks).
• Preparation: No parking is available at the venue. Please arrive 10 minutes early to settle in. Mobile phones and electronic devices must be turned off or switched to flight mode once you arrive.
• Age Restriction: This event is for participants aged 18 and above.
• Inclement Weather: If Typhoon Signal No. 8 or the Black Rainstorm Warning is issued three hours before the event, the session will be cancelled or rescheduled (based on activity nature); no refunds will be provided.
• Recording: Please note that the organizer may take photos and videos during the class for record, educational, or promotional purposes.

• Single Session: HKD 300
• Full Course (2 sessions): HKD 500
• Note: If you register for a single session, you cannot pay the difference later to enroll in the full two-session course. Please confirm your choice upon registration.
