"Who Cares?" Lingnan University MA in Curating and Art History Curatorial Project 2025-2026

Highlights

"Who Cares?" brings together over 30 artists from Mainland China and Hong Kong to present more than 40 artworks that challenge traditional perceptions of "care." The exhibition is a collaborative project by 32 students from the MA in Curating and Art History program at the Department of Digital Arts and Creative Industries, Lingnan University, showcasing the deep reflection and creativity of a new generation of curators.

About the Exhibition

Organized into six curatorial themes, the exhibition encompasses traditional painting, sculpture, innovative mixed media, and interactive art installations. These works serve as a dialogue on responsibility, healing, and how art can sustain vitality. The organizers aim to inspire viewers to contemplate how art can evoke empathy in our busy modern lives and how we can redefine our relationships with those around us and the environment through the lens of care.

Venue & Access

The exhibition is held at the Jockey Club Creative Arts Centre (JCCAC), a vital hub for promoting creative arts in Hong Kong. It is easily accessible via the Shek Kip Mei MTR station, and members of the public are welcome to visit and experience the artistic atmosphere.
