The Hong Kong Arts Centre presents the "Sand Art Course for Adults (Beginner)," a program inviting anyone interested in the art of sand painting to join. Designed specifically for beginners with no prior experience required, this course focuses on the therapeutic and creative potential of sand art as a medium for self-expression.

Program

Led by experienced sand artist and instructor Ma Wing-cheung, the course follows a structured teaching model focusing on 14 fundamental sand art techniques. Over the span of four sessions, students will learn 3-4 techniques per class. The curriculum guides students from basic line control and composition to advanced visual storytelling, empowering them to transform abstract ideas into tangible images and craft their own unique stories. This course not only builds technical proficiency but also offers a pathway to stress relief and creative discovery.

• Course Fee: HKD 1,990 (includes HKD 100 material fee).
• Enrollment: Please register via the art-mate online platform.
