Join us for an insightful film sharing session of the documentary The Days of Small Things. This film captures the struggles and survival of stray animals in the hidden corners of Hong Kong, highlighting critical issues surrounding pet abandonment, free-roaming, and overbreeding. The event serves as a platform to advocate for animal welfare and encourages the public to re-evaluate the rights of animals as fellow inhabitants of our city.

Program

For over a decade, "Animal Rescue" has been a voice for the vulnerable, voiceless animals in Hong Kong. This screening and sharing session aims to bring deeper awareness to these animal welfare issues. Following the film, director Chan Ka-chun will join representatives from Animal Rescue to engage in a discussion with the audience, sharing touching stories from behind the scenes and the realities of their rescue efforts.

Venue & Access

The event will be held at 2.0 Cafe & Bar in the Kai Tak Cruise Terminal. This is a pet-friendly venue, and you are welcome to bring your pets along. Please note that the event is limited to 60 attendees.

Ticketing

This is a pre-order event. The ticket price covers both entry and a mandatory meal package (proceeds from the admission, after costs, will be donated to Animal Rescue). Please specify your food choice when booking.
