Overview

"Heart. Drum. Zen" is more than just a workshop; it is a spiritual journey focused on mindfulness and meditation. Presented by "Pause & Breathe," the organization is dedicated to promoting mental and physical well-being. By harnessing the rhythmic power of drums, participants are invited to quiet their minds, silence the internal noise, and return to the present moment. The act of drumming becomes an act of meditation, where every beat serves as a conversation with one's inner self, fostering a sense of deep and gentle tranquility.

Program Details

This event consists of five sessions held on every Wednesday throughout September 2026 at the "Pause & Breathe Space" within the Jao Tsung-I Academy.

Important Notes

To ensure a peaceful and focused environment, please observe the following:

• Open to participants aged 18 and above only.
• Please arrive 10 minutes early to settle in.
• Please wear loose, comfortable, and solid-colored clothing (cotton or linen is preferred) to avoid noise from fabric friction. Avoid tight jeans, skirts, shorts, or revealing tops.
• Shoes must be removed before entering the venue. You may be barefoot or wear non-slip, solid-colored socks.
• As there will be physical activities, please bring a towel and a change of clothes.
• Please bring your own water bottle to support eco-friendly practices.
• Please leave valuables at home; mobile phones must be switched off or put in flight mode.
• Photography and recording will take place during the session. Please inform staff if you object.
• No parking available at the venue.
