Highlights
'It Was Best All Along' is an expressive arts therapy workshop that encourages participants to peel away their daily masks and reconnect with their authentic selves. Using simple materials such as paper tubes, recycled paper, and water, participants will engage in tearing, molding, and tactile exploration, transforming art creation into a mirror for their inner world without the pressure of artistic perfection.
Program
This three-session workshop guides participants through several therapeutic processes:
- Dancing with Water: Releasing deep-seated emotional stress through interactions with water.
- Paper Transformation: Sculpting symbols of the soul using paper materials.
- Returning to the Source: Rediscovering one's true and beautiful self through the simplest of mediums.
Discover that the most precious answers are often found exactly where we started. This is a journey of self-exploration designed to help you find peace amidst the chaos.
