Program Introduction

The Pangji, or nut rattle, is a percussion instrument born from nature. Its sound is reminiscent of raindrops and ocean waves, creating a rhythmic and healing atmosphere. This 1.5-hour workshop covers:

• Hands-on Crafting: Create your own personalized Pangji nut rattle; all materials are provided.
• Guided Meditation: Experience the calming power of the instrument through a sound meditation session.
• History & Culture: Learn about the origins and cultural significance of these unique rattles.
• Material Exploration: Test various types and sizes of rattles to understand their unique sound profiles.

Ticketing & Policies

• Early Bird: $350 for registrations on or before August 31.
• Standard Price: $380.
• Notes: The activity is conducted in Cantonese. Please arrive 10 minutes early. For safety reasons, please follow the instructor's guidance regarding tools. Attendees arriving more than 15 minutes late may miss part of the crafting process and no refunds will be issued. In case of cancellation due to severe weather (Typhoon No.8/Black Rain) or low enrollment, the organizer will arrange for a refund or rescheduling.
