Since its debut in March 2021, "Live at the Laundry Steps" has become a cherished sanctuary for Hong Kong music lovers seeking a moment of respite from the city's hustle. Curated by local musicians, each edition transforms the historic Laundry Steps at Tai Kwun into an open-air stage, showcasing an eclectic mix of genres ranging from classical and jazz to pop and world music. Over the past five years, more than 200 local musicians have performed here, creating a unique, intimate atmosphere that bridges the gap between performer and audience.
