The Vibrant Arts Carnival (「多彩華藝」演藝嘉年華), a cornerstone event of the annual Chinese Culture Festival, is set to return in 2026. This highly anticipated celebration of traditional and contemporary art has already attracted over 30,000 visitors across its past two editions, cementing its reputation as a premier platform for public arts engagement in Hong Kong.
