Rest & Reset (Fangxi Leave)

Overview

Modern life moves at an unrelenting pace, often leading to burnout and stress. To provide a much-needed "pause button" for your mind and body, the Mental Health Association of Hong Kong presents "Rest & Reset," a wellness event featuring four curated routes. Participants will engage in workshops such as African drumming, sound baths, and body relaxation, designed to help busy urbanites regain their inner rhythm and vitality.

Experience Routes

Choose from four distinct wellness paths based on your specific needs:

• "Passion" Route: Ideal for those suffering from mental overload and looking to rekindle passion for life. Features African drumming, sound baths, and creative art calligraphy postcards.
• "Stillness" Route: Tailored for those feeling completely burnt out and lacking energy. Includes creative art calligraphy, body relaxation, and sound baths.
• "Release" Route: Focused on physical stress relief and tension release. Features sound baths, African drumming, and body relaxation sessions.
• "Awakening" Route: Designed for those feeling listless and eager to reset their lifestyle rhythm. Includes body relaxation, creative art calligraphy, and African drumming.

Important Notes

• Please wear comfortable, movement-friendly clothing (avoid short skirts or slippers).
• As the event includes sessions involving lying down, please bring your own yoga mat.
• Participants must be aged 16 or above.
• A deposit of HK$50 is required upon registration. The deposit will be refunded within 6 to 8 weeks after attendance to the account used for payment.
• Please keep your personal belongings and valuables safe during the event.
