    Saturday, 20 June 2026 at 14:00 - 16:00

A guided session to explore emotional well-being and personal connectivity.

Join our Soul Dialogue Workshop on June 20th. This guided session provides tools for self-reflection and coping with loneliness. Registration is required via the online portal.

Loneliness is a universal human emotion, often perceived as a burden but sometimes serving as a profound path toward self-discovery. In conjunction with the Loneliness Awareness Week (June 15-21), we invite you to step into the Loneliness Museum, an immersive space dedicated to the quiet, often untold stories of solitude. Located at The Bridge+ Art Space in Sham Shui Po, this exhibition transforms raw human emotions and the small, personal objects that accompany us through dark nights into a collection of tactile and visual healing art.

Journey Through Solitude

This isn't just an exhibition; it is an invitation to acknowledge that you are never truly alone. Through our curated collection, you are encouraged to listen to the stories of others and rediscover the bond between yourself and the wider world.

We are excited to present several unique components that define this experience:

  • 20 Stories of Solitude and Connection: Carefully selected exhibits documenting personal journeys through loneliness.
  • Room for Self-Dialogue: An interactive, meditative healing space designed for introspection.
  • Loneliness Club Zine: A limited-edition publication available for free during the event.
  • Healing Tips: Practical advice on navigating solitude and building meaningful connections.
  • Interactive Message Board: A space for visitors to leave their own reflections and interact with the community.

In addition to the main gallery, we are hosting a Special Healing Workshop (see slot details below). Participants will be guided through a deeper exploration of emotional regulation. We also encourage visitors to participate in our Community Exchange Sessions to discuss their experiences with others in a safe environment. Join us at the The Bridge+ to explore the nuance of the human spirit.
