Program

The pop-up store runs from September 16 to September 27, 2026. Aside from selling limited-edition merchandise, the space includes designated display areas for fans to get closer to their idols' aesthetic. Please note that all products are available in limited quantities and are subject to availability. We recommend planning your visit early to avoid peak crowds.

Queuing and Entry Guidelines

To ensure a pleasant experience for everyone, please observe the following rules:

• Entry is on a first-come, first-served basis; please follow the instructions of the staff.
• No chairs or tents are permitted in the queue, and overnight outdoor queuing is strictly prohibited.
• Entry times and capacity are subject to change based on on-site conditions; numbered tickets may be issued if necessary.
• Pets are not allowed (except guide dogs), and eating or drinking is prohibited inside the store.

Purchase and Returns

Please familiarize yourself with our shopping policies:

• We accept Octopus, credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex), Alipay, PayMe, WeChat Pay, and UnionPay. Cash payments are not accepted.
• Please inspect your items immediately upon purchase; claims for missing items will not be accepted once you leave the checkout area.
• Returns/exchanges are only processed on the day of purchase upon verification of defects by staff. A complete, unedited unboxing video is required.
• Minor dents or variations inherent in the manufacturing process are not considered defects.
