• Breathing & Meditation: Led by instructor Tin Hung, learn simple breathing techniques to relax your body and mind, helping you return to a state of calm and release stress.
• Healing Card Dialogue: Participate in a unique card dialogue session to accompany your "inner child" and write personalized affirmations, injecting positive energy into yourself.
• Hand-lettering & Background Creation: Learn basic lettering skills, brush pen application, and simple watercolor background techniques. Beginners with no artistic background can easily get started and enjoy the pure fun of creation.
• Exclusive Healing Artwork: By the end of the session, you will create 1-2 pieces of hand-drawn work filled with warmth and personal emotion, serving as the best gift for yourself.

Presented by "Mindful Living" and led by instructor "Tin Hung," the class is dedicated to promoting physical, mental, and spiritual balance through art.
