In our fast-paced urban lives, we often forget to give our minds the space to breathe. The 'Visual Arts Pigment Exploration Workshop' is designed to create a pressure-free, safe space for free creative expression. This workshop requires no prior art background and involves no tedious technical constraints. Under the guidance of expressive arts therapy, you will freely explore the fluid nature of watercolors, the textured layering of crayons, and the gentle diffusion of pastels. By transforming inner emotions that are difficult to articulate into tangible visual images, you can release long-held stress and reconnect with your most authentic self.

Program

This workshop emphasizes 'experience' and 'companionship,' encouraging participants to use colors and media as tools for self-expression. Regardless of your artistic background, you can engage in a deep process of self-healing through the stroke of a brush and the blending of pigments. The curriculum is designed to help participants release negative emotions through creativity and reclaim inner peace.

Instructors

This workshop is organized by Mindful Living and led by professional instructors Yi Ning and Teacher K, who guide participants into the world of creative healing through expressive arts therapy techniques.
