Highlights
The “Taste of Terroir” exhibition, co-presented by PMQ Taste Library and LoCoFARMS, offers an immersive exploration of Hong Kong’s diverse landscapes. Program
Guest curator Katie Chick guides visitors through the various terrains of Hong Kong, presenting the intricate interactions between humans and the land. Beyond highlighting the geographical stories behind ingredients, the exhibition features thematic designs that encourage reflection on the balance between human activity and natural sustainability.
