Musicus Fest 2026, presented by the Musicus Society, is scheduled from November 1 to December 18, 2026. Under the artistic direction of Trey Lee, the festival continues its mission to bridge cultural and regional boundaries, connecting diverse audiences through a series of exceptional performances. The festival aims to transcend traditional concert settings, bringing world-class classical music into the heart of the community and into historic architectural landmarks.

Highlights

• Rising Artists Chamber Concert (Nov 1): Featuring promising classical musicians in a showcase of chamber masterpieces by Strauss, Schumann, and others at Hong Kong City Hall.
• Heritage Concert Series (Nov 7–8): Hosted at the Old North District Office in Tai Po, these performances blend classical music with the unique ambiance of a historical site.
• Family Concert: East Meets West Musical Showdown (Nov 22): An engaging and interactive program designed for families to explore the fascinating dialogue between Eastern and Western musical instruments.
• Cello Reimagining of "Dream of the Red Chamber" (Nov 21): A collaboration with the Hong Kong Chinese Orchestra, featuring cellist Trey Lee in a profound exploration of literary and musical classics.
• Closing Concert: Mantova Chamber Orchestra (Nov 28): The acclaimed Italian ensemble returns to Hong Kong, joining forces with top local double bassists and pipist players for a cross-cultural musical dialogue.
