Step into a world where memories and gastronomy collide in the immersive production, One Thousand and One Happy Reasons (《一千零一個開心的理由》). Staged at the iconic Fringe Club (奶庫), this theatre-dining experience invites you on a heartfelt journey through the history and flavours of Hong Kong. Curated by writer and director Ho Ku (何故), the show is adapted from his acclaimed literary work, Hong Kong Taste in Memories 3. Throughout the evening, audiences will be taken on a nostalgic tour—starting from Queen's Road East, wandering through the familiar streets of Yau Ma Tei and Mong Kok, and reflecting on the transformation of iconic landmarks like the soon-to-be-redeveloped Choi Hung Estate.
A Sensory Journey of Music and Taste
The performance features live music and soul-stirring renditions of Hong Kong’s golden-age hits, including classics by Sam Hui, Jacky Cheung, and Tat Ming Pair. The performance features the charismatic Vince Leung (梁煒謙), who brings music and storytelling to life, with special guest Louis Wong.
