- Please arrive 10 minutes before the workshop starts for registration.
- Participants arriving more than 15 minutes late may be unable to join certain hand-crafting steps; no refunds or extra time will be provided.
- Adverse Weather Policy: The workshop will be cancelled if a Tropical Cyclone Warning Signal No. 8 or higher, or Black Rainstorm Warning, is in force 3 hours before the event; a refund or rescheduling will be arranged. Activities will proceed as scheduled under Signal No. 3 or Amber/Red Rainstorm Warnings.
