Drawing Everyday Life! Sketching Workshop at Quarryside [Everyone's Community Festival 2026]

Highlights

Part of 'Everyone's Community Festival 2026,' this sketching workshop encourages participants to slow down and re-examine the everyday world around them. Led by experienced instructor Horace Leung, participants will learn the fundamentals of sketching and drawing. Using common tools like water-based markers and highlighters, you will explore how to capture the unique landscape of Quarryside and the Eastern District through simple lines and vibrant colors.

Program

Under the guidance of Mr. Leung, participants will create art on the lawn at Quarryside. Whether you are a beginner or have some artistic experience, this workshop offers a relaxed environment to discover the beauty of our community and reinterpret the surrounding scenery through your own creative lens.
