Meowloween Cat Festival at Tai Po Mega Mall

Highlights

Tai Po Mega Mall is set to host Hong Kong's very first Japanese-style "Meowloween" festival. Combining traditional festival elements with the charming concept of cat-themed celebrations, this event promises a festive and quirky Halloween experience perfect for families and cat lovers alike.

Program

On the night of Halloween, an entourage of "Cat Messengers" in creative feline-themed attire will take over Tai Po Mega Mall. The highlight of the night is the "Cat Parade," led by performers on stilts, accompanied by the lively rhythm of traditional drums. These performers will parade through the mall, stopping to interact with guests, take selfies, and hand out limited-edition Halloween candy and gifts. The Zone C atrium will be transformed into a "Meow Festival" zone, featuring interactive game booths such as the hand-eye coordination game "Cat Candy Grabber" and the fun "Cat Ring Toss." Additionally, a professional face painting station will be available, offering unique feline-inspired designs to complete your Halloween look.

Performances

The Cat Messengers will hold two parade sessions:

• Session 1: 6:45 PM – 7:15 PM
• Session 2: 8:00 PM – 8:30 PM Stilt performers will also be onsite from 6:30 PM to 7:30 PM at the Zone E main entrance to warm up the atmosphere.
