Picnic Party x Expressive Arts

Highlights

This is a unique event that blends the relaxed atmosphere of a picnic with the practice of expressive arts. Under the guidance of professional facilitators Sam and Audrey, participants will step outside traditional creative boundaries, using diverse materials, their own imagination, and fantasy to design, craft, and create a truly unique and bountiful "meal box." Expressive arts emphasize the creative process over the final product, making this more than just an art session—it is a healing journey to connect with oneself, release stress, and inspire creativity. This event is perfect for anyone looking to explore art and find inner peace in a relaxed, supportive environment.

Program

Carefully curated by "Mindful Living," this workshop utilizes the relaxed imagery of a "picnic party" to help participants shed daily anxieties in a comfortable space. Through the medium of expressive arts, you can visualize abstract ideas and transform them into creative elements within your meal box, resulting in an experience that combines visual arts with psychological healing.
