Overview
In the fast-paced urban life of Hong Kong, pausing to breathe and practice awareness is a vital form of self-care. The "Mindfulness Music x Art Creation Workshop," hosted by Mindful Living, is designed to provide a safe and accepting space for participants. By combining mindfulness exercises, music appreciation, and artistic creation, attendees can release daily stress, focus on the present moment, and discover inner creativity and peace.
Why Attend?
This workshop is more than just an art class; it is a journey for the soul. Through the rhythm of music and the flow of colors, you will be able to:
- Relieve Stress: Use non-verbal artistic media to express and release accumulated emotions from daily life.
- Enhance Mindfulness: Cultivate awareness of the present moment and learn to observe yourself without judgment.
- Self-Exploration: Connect with your true inner feelings through the creative process.
No artistic background is required to participate. This activity focuses on the "process" rather than the "result."
Instructor
The workshop is guided by instructor Tian Lan, who possesses extensive experience in body-mind-spirit guidance and is adept at using music and art to lead participants into a state of deep relaxation.
