Unlock Dancing Plaza cordially invites the public to the Artist Guided Tour and Video Sharing Session of the "Body Rings" Senior Dance Programme. This event aims to showcase the development and achievements of this long-standing project. Through curated video highlights, audiences will gain a deeper understanding of the vision and practice behind the troupe's efforts in promoting dance among seniors. Beyond the sharing sessions, an interactive workshop is designed for participants of all backgrounds—no prior dance experience is required—to discover the joy of movement and the power of community connection.

Program

This event is a key highlight of the "2026-27 18dART - Sha Tin Community Performing Arts Project." The session is divided into two parts:

• Artist Guided Tour: Led by the artists themselves, offering an in-depth exploration of the "Body Rings" project's production and underlying creative concepts.
• Video Sharing Session: A look back at the project's journey through selected footage, featuring precious moments and performances from the participants.

Additionally, the interactive workshop welcomes Sha Tin residents and the general public to explore their own creativity through dance.
