Overview

DesignInspire 2026 returns from November 19 to 21, 2026, at the Hong Kong Convention and Exhibition Centre. With the theme "Wander & Wonder," the event brings together global design luminaries, international brands, and innovation pioneers to present a feast of creativity that blends design, technology, and art. The exhibition aims to explore how design reshapes aesthetics and urban living.

Highlights

This year's event features a star-studded lineup with several must-see exhibitions:

• Salone del Mobile.Milano "ABITO/HK" Exhibition: Curated by the renowned Palomba Serafini Associati, this showcase uses a timeline to present classic furniture designs from both Italy and Hong Kong, allowing visitors to explore the fusion of aesthetics across time and borders.
• "Cabinets of Wonders": Curated by emerging artist Chilai Howard, the installation is inspired by Swiss Alpine chalets, merging international design forces. Featured contributors include watchmaker Parmigiani Fleurier, design brands Vitra and BIG GAME, graphic designer Dafi Kühne, and local music producer Edward Chan, delivering an immersive audiovisual and interactive experience.
• "House of Lumière": Master lighting designer Tino Kwan and acclaimed interior designer CM Jao join forces to create immersive lifestyle scenarios, showcasing artistic aesthetics from top European and Asian lighting brands through light and shadow.
• "Breathing in Motion": Curated by the world-renowned Swiss studio atelier oï, this installation features the Oïphorique lighting series combined with rhythmic curved mirror installations, creating a breathtaking, immersive light and shadow space.

Program & Interaction

The exhibition gathers outstanding works from Mainland China, Macau, Belgium, France, Germany, Italy, Spain, and more. The "DesignInspire Boutique" retail zone features popular overseas and local design brands. Additionally, the event includes a series of thematic workshops and InnoTalks, allowing participants to grasp the latest design trends through hands-on creative activities and professional seminars.
