Program Description
In this interactive workshop, touch transcends simple physical sensation and transforms into a profound language of communication. Participants will learn how to build connections between "giving" and "receiving," integrating body and consciousness. The curriculum covers foundational contact skills, including partnering, sharing weight, and working with gravity. Through these exercises, learners will cultivate refined sensitivity, acceptance, and a playful spirit, opening a deep dialogue between the inner and outer self to experience the infinite possibilities of physical interaction.
