Program

Designed by experienced instructor Cheng Wai-bun, this workshop masterfully combines Tai Chi internal power with somatic exploration. The curriculum is comprehensive, featuring:

• Tai Chi Techniques: Mastery of traditional Tai Chi fundamentals, focusing on posture, center of gravity, and fluid motion.
• Stretching & Aerobic Training: Utilizing unique supplementary exercises, such as basic footwork, to improve body flexibility, explosive power, and cardiovascular health.
• Zhan Zhuang (Standing Meditation): Developing deep inner strength through stationary practice and experiencing internal body connections.

The term "Pao Ding" (referring to the mythical butcher who dismantled an ox with ease) symbolizes the mastery of understanding structures to achieve seamless movement. This workshop aims to teach participants how to navigate their bodies with agility and logical precision.
