Standard Chartered Arts in the Park 2026 returns to the heart of Causeway Bay on November 14 and 15, bringing the magic of 'Centenary Fairy Tales' to life. As one of Hong Kong's flagship outdoor youth arts events, this year's festival offers the grandest lineup to date, inviting everyone to immerse themselves in a world of creativity and joy.

Program Details

The festival offers a diverse range of activities for all ages:

• Giant Puppet Parades: Witness breathtaking 4-meter-tall puppets crafted by artists, which take center stage during the grand finale.
• Interactive Arts: Engage with 17 interactive art stalls and African drumming workshops, designed to foster creativity and community spirit.
• Youth Performances: Over 60 youth art groups will perform live on stage, showcasing the vibrancy and talent of the new generation.
• Art Exhibition: Explore a curated display of over 900 creative artworks throughout the site.
• Storytelling: Enjoy captivating live storytelling sessions that transport children and families into the world of classic fairy tales.

Parade Schedule

The festival's highlights are its two magnificent parades:

• Night Parade (Nov 14, 20:30-22:00): A 150-person procession featuring giant lanterns, dazzling costumes, acrobats, brass bands, and jump rope performances. The route runs from Lee Gardens One, through Hysan Avenue and surrounding streets, ending at Hysan Place.
• Grand Finale Parade (Nov 15, 14:30-16:00): A 500-strong procession accompanying 10 giant puppets, moving from Victoria Park through Great George Street and Sogo Department Store to East Point Road.

Venue & Access

The festivities take place in the Causeway Bay area, including the Lee Gardens district and Victoria Park. As temporary road closures will be implemented during the event, attendees are strongly advised to use public transportation and arrive early to secure a prime spot for the parades.
