People's Place × Hang Heung 'Winter Flavours, Christmas Love' Pop-up Store

Event Overview

People's Place and the century-old brand Hang Heung have joined forces for the first time to present the 'Winter Flavours, Christmas Love' festive campaign, running from November 3, 2026, to January 1, 2027, across 23 People's Place shopping malls in Hong Kong. Centered on the theme of 'Sharing Hang Heung Flavours, Connecting People's Place Communities,' this event blends traditional confectionery craftsmanship with modern festive celebrations, aiming to bring communities together this Christmas.

## Event Highlights

The highlight of the event is the limited-edition 'Heart-shaped Chenpi Chocolate Wife Cake,' a creative fusion that combines Hang Heung's classic pastry techniques with modern flavor profiles, making it a must-try treat this season. The malls will be decorated with nostalgic and festive displays inspired by classic Hang Heung biscuit tins and iconic Hong Kong-style neon lights. New characters, 'Wife-Zai' and 'Egg Roll Gor,' will also be featured throughout the decorations and activities.

## Activities and Experiences

Guests can visit the 'People's Place Studio: Hong Kong Flavours AI Photo Booth' to capture festive, uniquely Hong Kong-themed portraits. Throughout the weekends, the malls will host various interactive games and heart-warming Santa Claus parades, perfect for family participation. A 'Hang Heung Time Capsule' wall will also showcase the brand's heritage, allowing visitors to appreciate the cultural legacy of this historic bakery alongside the festivities.

## Venue and Information

The campaign will take place across 23 People's Place malls throughout Hong Kong, including H.A.N.D.S in Tuen Mun and Shek Lei Shopping Centre. Admission to the events is free.
