Overview
With the Central Kowloon Bypass (Kowloon Bay Section) nearing completion, Route 6 is set to fully open on 6th December. This major urban artery will connect East and West Kowloon with Tseung Kwan O, cutting travel time between Yau Ma Tei and Tseung Kwan O to just 12 minutes. To celebrate this milestone and help the public envision "A Better Life Powered by Route 6," the "Route 6 Pulse Carnival" will be held at the Kwun Tong Promenade.
Highlights
The carnival transforms the Kwun Tong waterfront into three distinct zones inspired by the major districts served by Route 6: Yau Ma Tei, Kai Tak, and Tseung Kwan O. Visitors can look forward to:
