Overview

In the hustle and bustle of city life, are you longing for a sanctuary for your soul? "Mindful Living" cordially invites you to the "Ethnic Music Meditation Journey." This workshop utilizes a variety of unique and ethereal-sounding traditional instruments to guide participants into a dreamlike sensory experience. Through beautiful melodies, you will be able to cleanse away the accumulated stress of daily life, relax your mind, and embark on a quiet journey of introspection.

This experience will feature several traditional instruments known for their therapeutic power, including:

  • Kalimba: A traditional instrument originating from Africa, modernized to produce sounds as clear as a music box, helping to eliminate distracting thoughts.
  • Tongue Drum: Also known as the 'worry-free drum', its ethereal and resonant vibrations are widely used in Zen and meditation practices to facilitate deep healing.
  • Kantele: A classic plucking instrument featured in the Finnish epic Kalevala; its bell-like timbre touches the depths of the soul and helps release pent-up emotions.
  • Rainstick: Simulates the soft, soothing sounds of flowing water and rain found in nature, allowing you to calm your body and mind instantly and feel the power of tranquility.
