SHIFT Dance Company proudly presents its debut production, "COMMON GROUNDS," a compelling exploration of human connections through the universal language of dance. This flagship performance showcases an international collaborative spirit, bringing together diverse artistic voices to foster community strength and invigorate the Hong Kong contemporary dance scene with fresh energy and innovation.

Program

This dance event features a quadruple bill of distinct contemporary works. The choreography is a collaborative effort involving SHIFT's Artistic Director Kelsey Ang, company artists Carlos Mendoza and Jon Ferrer, as well as internationally acclaimed choreographers Ashvinder Singh (Philippines) and Dario Dinuzzi (Italy/Canada). These pieces will be performed by a collective of SHIFT company artists and emerging young dancers, promising a dynamic and expressive stage experience.

Venue & Access

The performance will be held at The Box, Freespace, in the West Kowloon Cultural District. Visitors can easily access the venue by MTR via Kowloon Station or Austin Station, followed by a short walk through the district's pedestrian pathways. It is recommended to arrive early to ensure a smooth entry.
