Comprised of takachi (Track making & Drums), Asakura (Vocals & Guitar), and Kenichi (Guitar), muque's name blends the French word for music (musique) with the Japanese concept of "muku" (pure), reflecting their dedication to creating authentic music unswayed by external pressures. Their signature sound fuses modern global pop sensibilities with Asakura's soulful, Japanese-inflected melodies and lyrics.
