Overview
"Seven Emotions and Six Desires" is the theme of Fluente Chorus's 2026 annual concert. Since its founding, Fluente Chorus has been dedicated to spreading beauty and kindness through choral music, believing that music acts as a resonant vessel for values and human emotions.
This year's concert explores the raw and fundamental aspects of human nature. Through the evocative power of choral performance, the group invites the audience to reflect on their own emotional journeys, exploring how to live in harmony with feelings and finding the delicate balance between attachment and letting go.
Artistic Vision & Collaboration
In a dedicated effort to promote Cantonese choral music and preserve local language culture, Fluente Chorus has collaborated with the talented local composer Dr. Luk Wai-chun. The concert integrates traditional Chinese musical elements with modern choral arrangements, creating a fresh artistic spark and offering a platform for emerging creators to showcase their work.
