The "Intangible Cultural Heritage Canteen Carnival," organized by the Intangible Cultural Heritage Office, invites the public to explore the depths of traditional culinary culture through a series of hands-on workshops. Held at "Oi!" in North Point, the event transforms this artistic space into a kitchen of heritage, allowing participants not only to create their own traditional delicacies but also to gain a deeper understanding of the history, skills, and cultural significance behind these practices.

The carnival features a variety of classic traditional food-making demonstrations and workshops, including:
- Mooncake Making: Learn the intricate steps from crust to filling, embracing traditional festival sentiments.
- Dim Sum & Baking: Master the delicate art of Har Gow (shrimp dumplings) and explore the baking techniques behind Hong Kong-style egg tarts and pineapple buns.
- Specialty Delicacies: Try your hand at crafting traditional Hakka salty meat rice dumplings and experience the unique culinary heritage of Chaozhou foods.
- Folk Art: Discover the thousand-year-old tradition of dough figurine making (Miansu) and create your own artwork. Instructors will guide participants through every step, ensuring an immersive experience in the charm of intangible cultural heritage.

- Registration: Advance online registration is required. In case of oversubscription, places will be allocated via a public ballot system.
- Guidelines: Participants are requested to follow on-site instructions and bring their own containers for takeaway items where applicable. The event will be photographed and recorded for promotional purposes.
