Program
The "Towel Nunchaku Introductory Workshop" is led by experienced martial artist and nunchaku expert Lau Man-leung. He will introduce participants to the origins of the nunchaku and demonstrate how to master the properties and techniques of using a towel as a practice tool. The activity aims to awaken the inner martial artist in everyone, allowing participants to enjoy physical movement. No prior martial arts experience is needed; this workshop is specifically tailored for youths aged 10 to 25. All equipment is provided, and every participant will receive a nunchaku towel as a memento after the class.
