Highlights
This summer, D2 Place, the hub of creativity in Lai Chi Kok, proudly presents its "Summer Special Project," a highly anticipated celebration running from late June through August. The mall transforms into an all-in-one entertainment headquarters, featuring competitive gaming, anime culture, football festivities, and rewarding shopping incentives for a truly vibrant summer experience.
Program
The project spans the entire summer season with monthly thematic highlights:
- June: "Go Shoot! Spinning Top Festival": An intense arena for spinning top enthusiasts, featuring a "Rare Collection Exhibition" showcasing original anime art drafts for the first time. The event includes categorized tournaments, a celebrity challenge featuring stars Hei (羅子熙), Marcus@ZPOT (林焯彥), and Sica (何洛瑤), plus workshops and speed-testing challenges.
- July: "Hot HIT & FUN" & "D2 PLAY Ticket": In anticipation of the World Cup, D2 Place introduces an immersive football experience. Additionally, the popular "D2 PLAY Entertainment Pass" returns, allowing HAPI CLUB members to curate their own unique entertainment itinerary from a selection of premium partner merchants.
- August: "Pure Cos 3": The beloved anime and fan convention returns to D2 Place, gathering top-tier cosplayers for an upgraded stage, offering a premier platform for otaku culture and creative exchange.
Shopping Rewards
A two-month-long surprise consumer reward scheme runs from early July until the end of summer. With an electronic purchase of HK$350, visitors not only receive a HK$50 shopping voucher but also enter a grand lucky draw with prizes worth up to HK$50,000, covering air travel, theme park tickets, and luxury dining experiences.
Venue & Access
The events are held at D2 Place ONE and D2 Place TWO. The venue is easily accessible by MTR; visitors should exit at Lai Chi Kok Station, Exit D2, which leads directly to the venue.
